Query current margin borrows for a WhiteBIT account via WebSocket.
Subscribe to collateral borrow status updates for all open margin positions, including borrow amounts, unrealized funding, and liquidation prices. The server pushes full snapshots of all open borrows every 1.5 seconds when borrow data changes.
